Over 22,000 new covid cases reported in just one day. This has been an all time high since the pandemic started and it seems that the government is not learning anything. Its been over a year now since the covid pandemic hit the Philippines and we already had over a million reported cases not counting the unreported ones due to their fear of being quarantined and the possibility of being the topic in the local gossips. We already had ample of time to strategize and make preparations for the anticipated Wave 2,3, and 4 of the pandemic as forecasted by Medical experts during the 1st wave of the pandemic. But what is really happening? We already know whats coming but what did the goverment do to prevent the spread on the wave 2 and 3. Instead of using their energy and knowledge braimstorming for solutions and ideas to stop the spread of the covid virus and help the people that are directly affected due this pandemic, the politicians are doing their best to destroy each others image due to the coming election. The leaders are doing their best to nitpick each others programs instead to helping and encouraging the solutions that may have helped the common people survive through this pandemic. Its very disheartening to see the leaders of your country fight each other due to their personal gains and forgetting their duties in the midst of this battering and having the common Filipino people to carry the burdens of their idiocy and incompotency. #RandomThoughts
