Crypto Influencers (Including Ver) Are Captured; Abandon 'Heroes' — Stick With P2P
"If you murder kids, you're a murderer" - Roger Ver Also Roger, to a murderer (see image above): "...I can help you make America great again." https://x.com/rogerkver/status/1883872905433579941 https://x.com/rogerkver/status/1883521344341750175 Roger's voice has been captured, or perhaps there is an even more disappointing explanation as to why he would abandon principles he's seemingly stood so staunchly for over the years (it is not hard *at all* to piece reasonable theories together), but the guy that got me into this whole bitcoin thing at first, by pointing out that we could starve the war machine by using P2P permissionless cash, is now promoting and fetishizing that very same war machine and kid killers he hated. His past two videos have been hardcore-nationalism propaganda pieces. Is it out of desperation? Maybe, and I wouldn't judge him really, though I'd be very sad about it. Is it a ruse? Maybe. Or was he forced to kiss the Zionist genocide ring of power under threat of violence by federal agents?
*(Above we see Roger's high school classmate cucking himself out for the genocider-in-chief, too... something strange is going on).* Suddenly, out of nowhere and in conjunction with Trump's election, after being under arrest for 6 months, prominent social "influencers," politicians, and massively well-known D.C. media cronies (including the gatekeeper faux-libertarian Brownstone Institute with the likes of Bret Weinstein, Tracy Thurman, and Jeffrey Tucker) pop up to vocalize caring passionately about Ver's freedom, and he is talking about becoming an American again to give money to the system. Suddenly it is no longer about Bitcoin Cash or stopping war, but a suspicious coin called Zano and supporting a scumbag called Trump that delivers bombs to the Gazan genocide (again, see the meme image). Were the tears about the ATF murders of children ever real? I hate to even ask. https://tuckercarlson.com/tucker-show-roger-ver Bitcoin Not Bombs > BTC for Bombs and Trump and Nationalism One thing is certain. His voice is captured. It's a fucking bummer. By the way, judging by all the articles being published again all of a sudden by prominent talking heads, here is likely what will happen: Ver's citizenship will be reinstated. Then: Trump support will be cemented and BTC further neutered. People will view Ver and the US political system as "pro-crypto" hero entities. P2P advocates will be swept up in the dumb sensation and furore, and actual grassroots movements will be abandoned. Technocracy further cemented. Musk bro bullshit further cemented. P2P neutralized to a large degree. Digital surveillance state further cemented. Lawyer Tracy Thurman said is Roger's new documentary: "The law fare must stop and the heroes have to come home." And now, look at this. There is a script being followed, it would seem:
"Lawfare." Buzzwords. Elon Musk's statement that Roger cannot be pardoned. It's a fucking drama. I don't see a single BCHer or anarchist online questioning this Trump ass-licking. All that said, it is important not to lose hope. There are ways to adapt, and continue to thrive in direct exchange and community, I believe. But it is not going to look like the captured crypto and economic hell we now see taking shape. It may involve BCH (I hope it does!) or it may not. It will likely involve direct barter of goods. It must involve becoming more self-sufficient and producing ones own food and goods to some extent. Work on strengthening your real life communities and relationships. Because the hyped up, propagandized world out there "somewhere" and on social media, even though it now pretends to love so-called rebels like Musk (what a piece of shit), Ver, etc., is your enemy. And if Roger is now going to lionize the murder-king in the U.S., he is no longer on my side, either, or an ally of any sort, regardless of my personal wishes for him to come to no harm or unfortunate circumstance.
