"Ignorance of the law excuses no one" It is true that anyone who is liable for violating the law should not be excused. However, how can they fully understand the do's and don'ts if the law is written in a very complex way and some terms are not even comprehensible for everyone? The fact that not all are privileged enough to provide themselves with proper education puts them at a disadvantage. Even I myself am having a hard time understanding some terms on my law subject and I even have to google it in order to really comprehend the point. *sighs* #RandomThoughts
