I was watching this video about a group of young girls who were introducing themselves to the world and changing the face of construction. I was impressed at the work they had done and I was happy for them. It made me think about how people call each other lazy and what that means. We all get lazy sometimes and we all get exhausted. There is nothing wrong with that. I believe we should stop telling other people to get up and stop telling other people to work harder. Instead we should think about our own contribution and how we can improve things for us and for others. This is something I have been thinking about and talking about a lot these days, since I am in the middle of a large project that requires a lot of mental energy and physical work. The next time you see someone working hard, take a moment to appreciate it. Even if you don't know what they are doing, show some gratitude and respect. Good morning everyone 🤗
