MY ONLINE NOISE.CASH WALLET IS SHOWING ZERO I've seen a lot of people complain about this and even friends complain to me. First i believe this shouldn't be a problem, since you can still see your BCH in your bitcoin.com wallet or which ever wallet you imported the seed phrase. However, this can be the reason why your online wallet balance constantly turns to Zero. When you transfer out of your wallet using your Bitcoin.com wallet or whichever wallet you're using. When you do this, your online Noise.cash wallet, automatically turns to Zero. Don't fret, your money is still intact in your Wallet. For easier understanding check the attached image. I will explain each slide one after the other. Image 1: This was the balance in my online wallet when i last checked (0.01614 BCH) Image 2: I went to my Bitcoin.com wallet and transferred $10 to my wallet (same wallet, hence the moved appearing). The balance in my Bitcoin.com wallet remains the same. Image 3: Came back to Noise.cash and checked my wallet and it turns to Zero. (0.0000 BCH) Please note: The BCH isn't lost, it's still in my wallet. The transaction i made on my wallet app caused the change in amount on noisecash. I hope this helps. You can have a separate wallet for your expenses and the one where your Noise.cash earnings go to on another wallet. Bitcoin.com wallet app gives the option to create a new wallet with ease. Please remember to have your seed phrase written down and kept in a safe place when creating a new wallet. Also you can have your wallet backed up incase of unforeseen circumstances. Thanks for reading!
