If you've created a channel with lots of subscribers, it's only wise for you to add some other people as moderator. Look for people with same interest as yours add them as moderator. You can't be online always to approve all post. Relieve yourself of the stress and also make others enjoy the experience of using the channel. Imagine posting to a channel and the moderator approves it 7 hours later, that's not good at all. Making others co-moderator doesn't take the channel away from you. The channel remains yours...it only relieve the stress on you.
