The faculty Manifesto is on at the moment. I joined but left when i realised it's more like a waste of time. 10 positions in 5 department. Let's say in a department we have 2 contestants for each position. That's 20 x 5 =100 contestant. Then we have 10 positions in the faculty too and like 3 people are vying for each positions. 10x3 =130 That makes it a total of 130 contestants. So 130 people are going to talk one after the other. I don't know those that planned it but it's such a terrible idea.
