I Tried to introduce new friends to the platform, but everyone of them was having issues opening an account. After inputting their email address, they didn't receive any confirmation code. When it happened to the first person I thought it was her phone , maybe it's ram or something is too low, I'm not even sure of what the reasons might be, but when it happened again when another friend tried to open an account i knew it's something to worry about. In fact one of them have her account showing here already, but she can't access it, it kept on asking for confirmation code. Any idea of what they can do? Or as the Admin ever addressed this? If they have, kindly send the link.
