The Microsoft office i talked about the other day brought out green light 2 days ago. It's one of the tallest buildings in Ikoyi. After speaking with the Estate manager in charge of the site where i work, she said the plan is to let out each flats (we have 8 flats) 7.5million naira per annum. To someone like me the money is far to much but she said it might even be higher and there are lot of people ready to rent the building. All i could say to her was "I will be rich in this life"
