Who are we deceiving? We are asked to go out with a mask and anyone moving around without it will be fined. But going out now i see people with their mask on their jaw, walking around. So i think what the Government is saying is that "Guys we are not sure if there's Covid-19 out there, but let's pretend like other countries. Once you have a mask on you, be it on the neck, jaw, nose, mouth , you are safe" We have clowns ruling us.
