Back in high school my football coach told us when we are about to take a penalty we should take a stand on which side to play it even before picking the ball. And after picking the ball don't be swayed by what the crowd is saying or the movement of the goalkeeper. You can feign looking at someone or something but let that same position you intend to kick the ball to remain in your head. Kick it hard and leave the rest. You score? You jubilate ,you lose? Pick yourself up and face the world. People will blame you, even your teammates might blame you but own up to your mistakes, do not see it as a set back, rather take it as a motivation to go harder next time. If the opportunity to take another arises, do not shy away from doing such. We only kill our fear by looking it in the eye and fighting it. Till today i apply that same principle in my life and even my crypto journey.
