Nowadays, I think it's safer to do business with strangers than friends or family. Especially friends that advertise their goods on whatsapp. Try to patronize them just to support their business, and see how they will abuse it. They will deliver sub-standard product to you and give excuses. I've experienced this countless times but I keep on going back to patronizing friends starting a new business or the other. But after the experience I've had this week, I think this is the final nail on the coffin. I'm done with Patronizing friends selling one good or the other and posting it on whatsapp. If I'm to buy from them, I will prefer to go anonymous and find a way to hide my identity. If what they deliver isn't okay, I won't hesitate to ask for a refunds or reject it.
