For over 1 hour I've been reloading a page. Today is the day students of the University of lagos,Akoka ballot for hostel bedspace. I've been trying over and over but it keeps on failing. According to stats over 55k students are balloting for 8k bed space. It's a sad thing. In between that I'm typing my next article. Today is going to be a long day...
