When rumour of a country accepting BTC as a legal tender comes out people get excited. People are focussed on the short term gain such development will cause. Surely it might lead to a quick pump but it's just another step towards crypto being controlled by the Government. The Bitcoiners are ready to succumb to any Government rule or regulations, just to remain relevant.

And instead of pumping up for crypto currencies, the opposite has happens. It’s values continue to dip.
The present dip wasn't caused by actions of bitcoiners. The regulations in indian and China is the major reason
El salvador is one of the factor as well. It started to dip si bad when their new law has been implemented. China’s banning on crypto just happens recently.
Contrary to this , China's happen before el salvador. China banned miners a long time ago . It's recently they added more regulations, same as india
