I was at Ikoyi earlier to pay a visit to my brother who is a civil engineer. The work on the site is a renovation work for a Residential service building. Ikoyi is a part of lagos occupied by the rich and affluent. I've been trying to attach pictures since to no avail...hopefully when i leave my current location , i will be able to attach pictures.
