The premise
**"Every shitty thing we do makes the next one that much easier, doesn't it?"**
We need to understand the context by analyzing our past moral and judgement vs the present one. How did we judge the things when we were at 20 years old and how looks the same thing 10 years later?
It is important to be aware of our changing point of view and try to remain distant, because otherwise we will be like someone who is walking with the face down and after 1000 steps will be trapped in a dead end because it didn't see it before.
Take this bloody example:
Children from many regions in Africa are taken from their villages, maybe after all the rest of the people was murdered by kidnapers. They are kept in the jungle camps, beaten, starving, day by day, until, suddenly, someone is coming and treat them kindly and offer food and water. The, in one day, some prisoners are brought and that person is asking the kids to shoot them.
Of course, it is a horrible thing and nobody with a clear mind and no constraints will do it. But wait, you are in a paramilitary camp, threaten by beatings, starving or even death also.
What should you do?
In many cases, the kids are shooting the prisoners and next nights will be sleepless for them. But they are now nourished and not beaten anymore. It is fine now.
And the next day, another round of prisoners is taken to their camp and a second round of crimes is happening. Again, sleepless nights followed by nightmares for these kids.
The physical training is starting and they are filling the time with exercises, shootings at trees or other targets, etc
The next crime is not so hard to tolerate. They get used to it. And soon, these kids are sent to rob other villages, rape girls and women and kidnap other kids.
**How is this happening, from a clean and peaceful mind, to a dark one?**
You saw above. This is one example how we could pass from day to night.
Of course, is an extreme example, but that was it's role - to see how incredible could we change.
That's why is important listen to others and judge with a clear mind our actions.

How to have multiple measures on a chart
Hello guys
I was looking for how to explain better the Ampleforth mechanism because is a little more complex than others and I needed to show on the same chart two (very) different kinds of values: one is measured in millions and the other, in units!
So, I started to search. First, I was wondering what should I look for? Finally, I decided to find on the search engine for "how to show multiple axis on Excel" - because it is the most known Spreadsheet Software.
And I got several results. First one was, of course, an invitation to buy a software that is making this kind of things possible and, I am sure, has many other features, but I was not interested in this moment, I only wanted to solve my simple issue.
So, I looked foreward and I even found a video with the solution and it was exactly what I needed. In this way I noticed a difference (a Pro for Excel and a Con for Open Office): in Excel you can put different types of graphics for data series (some of them could be columns and others - lines).
