Mabilis naubos ng mga kasamahan ko yan buddy. Stress kasi majority samin..
Expose kayo lagi sa di perpektong tao na mahirap makibagayan at may kahirapan din ang community service Uwan kaya mapapa hayahay buhay na lang. Masarap magsakripisyo at tumulong totoo yun, da best. Pero di naiiwasan ang stress kaya sige mag stress eating pa more gang bumuti ang feelings ahehe
Medyo mahirap ung work namin buddy lalo na nasa conflict area kami at armed struggled infested area kami siksik kami sa stress at siksik din kami sa stress eating din 😂😂😂
