Almost done cooking sweet and spicy adobo. Will be adding the pineapple tidbits shortly. The scent is almost making me devour it but one must not let temptation shackles me. Let's wait a little bit more for it to be well done. The more you cook the chicken in low heat the more it's meat become tender and mouth melting.
