Kindness Entry #2 The volunteers of Matungao visited one of the deprived Mashid in Pantao. Most of our Moro brothers in the country particularly in the island of Mindanao who are residing in the rural areas (40-50 miles from the nearest city) have minimal access to food particularly the poor striking communities (poor living condition) who have barely enough food in their plates. The volunteers wanted to elevate the situation of their moro brothers particularly the children and they decided to prepare iftar in celebration of Ramadan. The volunteers families and friends answered their humble request to aid the children. Some merchants whom they are purchasing goods also give extras to somewhat help the children in Pantao. Lesson: generosity doesn't have any sizes or form it all comes from the heart. This is kuya Uwan saying see you in the next entry.
