While we are partaking the first meal of the day. Will be sharing with you the footage of yesterday project assessment and evaluation. Yesterday afternoon session was really intense as emotion pour out and several underlying conflict came out which is normal in every organisation to arrived in such conflict. The hard part for kuya Uwan is processing them all and addressing the conflict and making it a positive transformation for all. After several hours of processing and dialogue all have come to terms and very please to know their weakness and manage to identify how they can strengthen themselves and improve in the next project in the not so distant future.
