Post Title: Galvanise Volunteers Skills and Capacity in Handling Psychosocial Care Intervention Purpose: The volunteers core facilitators and trainers had an intensive session regarding implementation of Psychosocial Care and Support to children with different needs. The session equipped the facilitators and trainers the needed skills and and knowledge in managing children in various state and condition. This session prepare the facilitators and ground implementers/conductors of the therapy approach and methods that will help the children normalise their childhood behavior and attitude, at the same time reduce the negative effect of the traumatic experience they have encountered. Goal: To highlight in this platform the effort of the volunteers group, local children protection network, grassroot level child protection committees who work 24/7 to safeguard children from repeated traumatic experiences. There are individuals, groups, organisations, and committees who are working tirelessly to reduce the mortality rate of the children and minimising the negative upbringing of trauma to children as they grow into adults.
