"Youth Empowering Youth" In order for the youth volunteers to be ready and prepared for all activities. The youth volunteers organise an enhancement training to gear up and level up the fresh and new volunteers in the group/team. Enhancing their skills, knowledge, experiences, talents and gifts will make the new volunteers confident and flexible to different task and activities they will handle in the near future and various communities or institutions. This also starts as a good friendship building with the new and old volunteers and learned from the senior volunteers about their experiences, inspiration, and commitment to volunteerism.
