@Usmansh more from that month

A guy from my village was riding on a motorcycle and he got into an accident with a car. He was rushed to the hospital. He was unconscious due to severe blood loss. Thankfully, blood transfusion started in time and he is well now. But the problem is he can't even shake his lake coz his spinal cord was injured. Now surgery is needed to initiate his recovery process. But unfortunately, there is no surgeon available here due to covid lockdown. Isn't it the duty of the state to provide basic health care when needed? Unfortunately, the state does not care about the lives of citizens. Thankfuly, he is out of trouble but what if they needed surgery in an emergency, a life would have been lost due to negligence and unavailability of doctors.
