I will advise every female to get out of that relationship or marriage where her partner or husband wants to keep the relationship or marriage private unless the reason. I don't find any reason for keeping it secret. In my point of view, only cheating needs to be kept as a secret, not a relationship. You should run from that guy. You deserve a guy who should be proud to announce you as his Gf or wife instead of hiding you from the world.
