Getting Quality Education in Pakistan The Elite class's children get it easily because they have money to pay huge fees while the lower class's children have to work hard for it. Either they get a scholarship or they have to leave their education. That is the reason why the literacy ratio is decreasing day by day coz poor masses cant afford to pay their utility bills then how can they afford to pay huge amounts of fees to educational institutes.
