My uncle contacted me last night to confirm his ticket in the ticketing office. He lives 6 hours away from the city and he received a call from the ticket office about his flight delay. So he asked to confirm and receive the ticket for him. So here I am at the ticketing office, waiting for the ticketing officer to start the process.
