My wife is trying to break the habit of my son's watching cartoons and she is been doing really good for the past few days. A few days before my son used to cry for the cartoon but she got successful in diverting his mind every time. Because it's not good for a little kid to watch anything on a mobile screen and he used to watch for hours. But I am glad now he is not used to it anymore.
