Waqar Zaka is spreading FUD against Binance by claiming that the Pakistan government is banning Binance in Pakistan on 20th Oct. I am not sure if this is true or not but he's asking everyone to transfer your funds to your wallets. The problem is he transferred all his funds to Okex from Binance because he had some issues with the Binance team. Some people are claiming that waqar zaka wanted to enlist his coin on Binance and they didn't let them that's why he is spreading rumors now so that people take out all their funds from Binance. I am not sure if this is true or not but he scaring the shit out of me. Thats, why I am going to transfer all my BCH to my wallet just to be on the safe side coz anything, can be expected from our government. And if they instruct PTA to ban the application they would instantly do it and won't even wait for the people to take out their funds. And using VPN might affect my account as I have heard Binance block the accounts that are using VPN.
