Families should not disturb during duty hours. I am saying this because one of our colleagues received a call from his brother and finds out he has fought with his wife. And now he is resolving the whole issue and he is not having a peaceful day. So refrain from contacting your loved ones during office hours because it highly disturbs their productivity.
