I just hate wearing a tie but I have to wear it as wearing it is in our official dress code. And not wearing it might bring something bad for me like I can get a warning letter or fine. Got it both once. But wearing a tie makes me feel like a trap hanging around my neck which is why I always loosen it when I am not in front of my seniors.
