There are some users who do not know how to use a computer and they dont want to show that they lack this skill. Yesterday, my team needed to swap a PC for a user because we bought an upgraded PC for him. My team copied all the data from his old PC's hard drive to the latest PC. And they deployed that PC on his seat in early office time. But he contacted our HOD after the lunch break and told him that your team has not copied the data. Our HOD got angry and even scolded them for not doing their work properly. They kept telling him that we did copy the data but he did not listen and asked me to verify if the data is copied or not. When I checked I find out that the user is technically so dumb that he does not even know how to enter into hard drive partitions because he didn't see any PC icon on the desktop so he thought maybe the data is not copied. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
