These apartments were constructed in almost 10 years. I don't know anything about construction but our management considered it an achievement and they even promoted the General Manager who was responsible to supervise and look after all the construction and even doubled its salary package. The good thing is, So far there have been no issues like ceiling leakage or any other problem coz the material used were of better quality and standard.
