LONG THREAD AHEAD. ☺️ JUST WANNA SHARE TO YOU SOME DEEP THOUGHTS OF BEING THE FUTURE HR PRACTITIONER. 🙂 So awhile ago I was asked online by my Professor. He asked that if I will be an HR Practitioner soon, what will be the activities that I will implement in the workplace that promotes harmony between the employees and also promotes diversity. So my answer goes like this... "As future HR Practitioners, I have to show to all employees that we are all equal inside the organization. No one will be treated unfairly, and poorly. Since that HR has a lot of roles inside the company, we are the ones who should promote fairness in the organization. If I will be given a task to do a program or activity inside the organization that will promote equality and empowerment, I will implement the: 1. Celebration of Diverse Holidays- Example of this are: International Women's Day, Gay Pride, Mental Health Awareness month, and Islamic Feast of Sacrifice and etc. When we hire people in our company we are checking the person's background and also their culture which is very important so that the employees will be more engaged in the company activities without any sense of abandonment. 2. Religion Events Awareness- We all know that not all religion celebrates christmas for example. As an HR, if we know that there are certain groups that working in company, we should inspire them to celebrate or glorify their religious events. 3. Offer all Staff Incorporation Trainings- We all know that some employees enter the company for growth and development that is why as an HR, we should provide them trainings that will give a good opportunities in the future that will help them gain more knowledge and to become more effective in the workplace. " And that's it. ☺️☺️ I just got an idea to post it here and I think that it might be helpful to some college students here. ☺️☺️ ~~ TheFutureHR 🦋🦋
