"The Department of Education (DepEd) on Monday demanded that the World Bank make a public apology following its report showing poor performance of Filipino students that “INSULTED” and “SHAMED” the Philippines." ~For me, DEPED's poor textbooks are proof of their incompetence, not to mention students' poor internet connections and module learning's stability, as most students are not honest in performing their studies because someone else is doing it for them. 🤷🤷
