Can anyone help me with this one ?? I bought this connector online so that I will no longer use a lapel since my earphone has already a mic. And then when I tried this on my laptop, its not working but the earphones did.

the green color is for speaker, the pink/red for microphone that connector will directly connect to your laptop port while the 2rd connector you need another connector to device which is audio connector then connect to your earphone

  Yess yess I do get it. But whenever I try to make an audio call, they cant hear me speking but I can here them using the same port...

Plug it all in, and then check what's set as the "Input Device" in your Windows sound settings. Make sure it's got the right thing selected (right click the speaker icon by your clock, then click "Sound Settings") Also, check the settings in your app to make sure they have the right microphone set, too.

  Yesss sir but everytime I will plugged the mic jack, the laptop cannot see it...
