Mary Ann Bevan, nicknamed "the ugliest woman in the world" but when you know her story you'll call her "The most beautiful woman in the world." Despite her serious illness, she had to provide for her children. After accumulating large debts, and with her frustration and economic need, she entered the contest of "the ugliest woman in the world" winning the humiliating prize. She was then taken to the circus, touring the cities of Great Britain, where all the people rushed to see "The Ugliest Woman in the World". In spite of this, she preferred to put up with people's mockery so that she could raise her children and give them a good education.
