Been inactive for a while because I am being "not me" again. What's happening to our world? Actually I starting to feel really scared because of the nonstop rain her in the Philippines, the earthquakes happening around the Pacific ring of fire regions, the disaster in Nepal and now the surge about Covid 19 again... I am starting to think about what they call, 'rapture' and wonder if that is true... but who knows? I also went to my Psychiatrist last week and now I am under observation for Bipolar Disorder. I worry of being judged wrongly or misdiagnosed so I trying my very best to self assess.... Anyways, I just want to write down here my worries for future reference.

Please stay safe 😢. My prayers are with you guys
Take all the time that you need. Also I hope that whatever happens in the observation period, may you have the strength to accept it. Living with bipolar disorder is difficult. But from my experience, knowing about it helped me more than being left in the dark. With the diagnosis, I was able to learn more about my symptoms and my options on how to manage those symptoms. I also remember my psychiatrist asking if I am comfortable putting bipolar disorder in my medical certificate as opposed to a depression and anxiety disorder remarks. Back then I did not understand her worry as knowing my diagnosis was helpful to me. But now I understand that bipolar disorder still carry some negative stuff around it more so than depression and/or anxiety. But even so, my experience is more on the positive side instead of negative. The times when I have been honest with people led to more understanding on their end most of the times. But still, I hope that the observation period helps you. Always keep safe.
*hugs* future feels uncertain nowadays, it's best to be happy while we can. hope you be alright. ingat po~
