Possible if the government will provide the needs of farmers.

posible. pero kaagad agad. kundi pagplanohan ng maigi yung farmers din natin ang kawawa. Sa isip ko lang, yung isa sa dapat tangalin ay yung middle-traders.. sila yung nagpapataas ng presyo tapos binibili ng murang mura ang palay
