As a parent, it is so natural for us to be protective to our child especially when he is starting to grow and his brain is developing. Nowadays we find it hard to control them on using mobile gadgets for the reason that we cannot let them go outside to play with other kids; caused by global pandemic. As a mom who is also busy always, I may not be sometimes 100% on hands to him that is why I let him play and watch some videos in the internet. Now, this is the most uncontrolled thing, some ads and malicious clips are being pop out in the browser. Here's what I did to his phone, I enabled the kids mode wherein he is not allowed to open any apps except his games and yt. Some apps including the settings are locked too. In youtube, I am using his account but at the same time, it is also opened to another device so everytime he opened this app, I can see what he watching, and what he searched and downloaded. Also, I even blocked the channels that is certainly not allowed to kids. Okay, here's the thing, I know some of you would say that " please don't let your child use the phone everytime" my answer is, don't worry, I always set limits on that. And I know what my child needs that is why I can say to you that I am not neglecting him to just sit around and play with his phone all day. Also, this is the most important thing, quality time with your kid is essential too. But please also consider that children needs to be aware too of technology. --- Thanks.
