Chinese Chicken vegetable in Bangladeshi style

Chinese foods are very famous though out the whole world. Almost in every country and in that's every city or district there are chinese restaurants. Somewhere it's number may be one or somewhere the number may be more than one.

Every country and nation have their own cuisine. And the foreign cuisine are represented with their own spices in every country.

So today I am going to share one of the most common chinese foods that is served in our country in every chinese restaurants in Bangladeshi style. It's "Chicken Chinese Vegetables".

It's looking so yummy. If you want to taste it, you can make it just in 10 mintues. The ingredients are very easy, you can get these in your kitchen. It's time to share the recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Papaya - sliced (1 cup)

  2. Carrot - round sliced (1 cup)

  3. Capsicum - red/green/yellow ( half cup)

  4. Onions - 3 medium sized chopped

  5. Chili - 3 medium sized chopped

  6. Chicken-half cup chopped into little pieces

  7. Soya sauce - 1 table spoon

  8. Black pepper - 1 tea spoon

  9. Corn flour - 1 table spoon

  10. Salf - 1 tea spoon

  11. Ginger, Garlic paste- 1 table spoon

  12. Oil - 3 table spoon

  13. Water

Recipe:

At first put a pan on the stove and pour the oil into it. The flame of the stove must be kept in high level. Then when the oil will become hot then add the ginger, garlic paste into it. Then after frying it, add the chilies. And fry it for a minute. Then add the chicken. The chicken must be boneless. Then fry it untill the chicken got cooked. Then add the vegetables one by one. At first we have to add papaya and carrot. Then we have to add one and a half cups of water to cook the vegetables. Then we need to add the onions. After boiling it. We have to add soya sauce, black pepper and salt into it. Then we need to mix the 1 table spoon corn flour with 2 table spoons of water in a bowl. Then stire it finely. Then add this mixture to the pan with the vegetables. Stire it for a while. When the consistence will become thick, that means the vegetables are ready. Then off the stove. And serve it a flate platter. And decorate it as your wish. Then the yummy Chinese Chicken Vegetable is ready to eat.
