Flood is not new here in Manila when its rainy. Even a low rain can make the streets in flood. Why there is a flood in Manila? The main reason is because of plastic garbage. People here is not so disiplined in terms of cleanliness. I am not saying that all Manilenios are all like that. But mostly they doing the same things. Drainage are full of garbage. Resulting to flood. People here are always complaining the flood but they don't know the there are the one who is throwing the garbages. This is the reality here in Manila and not all people is not changing . They should stop throwing things/garbage anywhere else.
