Life Hack: DIY Air Conditioner Today is Summer season. Electric fan wouldn't work in the Hot days. So I've got an Idea. Get an Ice and Put it in front of your electric fan, when the hot air pass the over the Ice, the Air becomes cool. It may not as cool as the Air conditioned appliances.
