STRONG, HAPPY, HEALTHY!!

A few years ago I started practicing the Wim Hof method. This method comes from a man named Wim Hof, nicknamed The Iceman, who has claimed 26 Guinness World Records for his various "superhuman" feats! He developed this method to let people know that what he can do - we can do it too!

From my first session I saw something inside me changing. After a few sessions I saw more improvements (which some of them I state below). Of course there are the short-term and the long-term changes that you notice, which differ from human to human.

-The following list of benefits is from my own experience. As time passes I record more. These include both short-term changes and long term ones.

-It is also from the testimonies of many people which I gathered into my notes, and from scientific evidence and studies on the method. Of course science remains to discover and reveal much more!!

I originally wrote these notes in my home language (Greek). In the beginning I often updated these notes, but later, kept them intact for a few years without researching more into new healing testimonies.... -The moment you do the breathing method, you can do an average of 25% more repetitions until failure in muscle-training exercises.
