I just finished eating my lunch today and I just want to share some knowledge about why we shouldn't ignore drinking plenty of water every day. Well, when I was a baby dehydration put my life at risk. WHY DRINKING WATER IS IMPORTANT? About 60% of your body weight is made of water. You need it for every single body function. It flushes toxins from your organs, carries nutrients to your cells, cushions your joints, and helps you digest the food you eat. If you don’t get enough water, you can become dehydrated. Severe cases of dehydration can cause dizziness, confusion, and even seizures. Source: WebMD

Very true Miss, without a doubt our body needs a lot of water daily, our kidneys will thank us, especially if we are in a warm, tropical place, is when we should drink more water, to be in contact with the sun, with this increase in temperatures, it is better to be safe than sorry, greetings.
