A week of unproductivity when the menstruation cycle starts at the first week of the month. I question myself like "why I was born female?" And start staring at the ceiling or just lay on the bed the whole day. I can't seem to enjoy the day, I sleep, eat and do my chores unwillingly because of my period. It feels like 50% of my blood is gone when it's starting to come out.
