KEEP IT SIMPLE, LESS IS MORE One thing I have learnt in the course of trading the financial market, be it fiat or crypto is to "keep it simple" Someone here asked me why do I use mainly the moving average for my trades, the answer is simple. It works perfectly for me. #keepitsimple One thing in trading is try and be your self. Develope your own strategy and master it. While learning to trade I have come to realise that the financial market, whatever you call it, is built around the concept of support and resistance. I tell my trainees if you can learn how to identify different support nd resistance levels, and how to properly interpret them in your trades, you are half way to getting there.Virtually all indicators are built around this concept. #lessismore The moving average if you use the right inputs can properly help you to identify this levels. Off course I would not use the moving average alone in a highly volatile market like forex because they Lag seriously. But I can comfortably use THEM in the crypto market because they work perfectly especially when you use the right variations and combine with PRICE ACTION Every indicator has an element of the other in them, you only have to tweak the settings to see that. Why would I not use a tool like the fibonacci or the ichimoku in my trades? I consider them as an over kill in crypto(maybe they are not) . Yes in forex but hardly in crypto. Even when I have used fibonacci I have used the fibonacci extension instead of the retracement. And that's if the price is in discovery mode. I believe in keeping it simple. For me less is more.
