I some how have mixed feelings about the new changes on the platform. Love it, no doubt about that, but I would still prefer the former method where you get to see yours and other peoples earnings. Yeah, it might breed jealousy for some people, but Honestly, seeing people earn more kind of have this motivation to do more if you are positive minded. Some times you see some good contents without heart value, you might want to use your personal wallet to appreciate them. With this style you really don't know who is earning or not earning.
