SORRY FRIENDS I still can't give heart tips though I now receive tips. I see some great contents I should give heart tips to but can't. I receive but I can't give, not too happy about that. But I guess it's still better than not getting or able to give at all. I think it's a process, I see so many in my shoes. With time it should be OK.
