Is this noise cash app official. I have been using it for a long time now. All updates has always been implemented on the app. And I have had no issues with it. Just read somewhere that there is no official noise cash app. And I wonder

there is really no apk or app from playstore/appstore. The official one is a browser app. That would appear in your homescreen, if you click the add to homescreen from the menu .
No I don't think so. I actually downloaded this from play store a long time ago. But I can't find it there anymore
maybe it was reported by the official devs that's why it was removed. Whoever made that app probably just directed it to the site that's why it also has the latest update, but they said there are ads in that but. Since the playstore removed it it wont be able to be supported by the google adsense . So the dev won't have a way to earn anymore since it doesnt have any ads and it is already removed from the playstore. Simply saying it still has the latest update bec it is directed to the site itself.
