People are scared trading futures in crypto. Funny enough that's one of the easiest way to make money trading. For me it is the real trading. One of the big advantage is the opportunity it gives, for you to long or short the market. Spot trading doesn't give you that. On the flip side, one big disadvantage is the risk of loosing it all, which is real. Good thing is, you can well cut down on your risk by being less greedy. I see people using high leverage and they forget its a 2 way street. What you get if you win is what you will also get if you loose. There is absolutely no reason why one will take a >10x leverage. Just because you can? Makes no sense. You are rather gambling. The thing is, most people are looking for a get rich quick solution. Unfortunately trading is not that.
